Botox® (Botulinum Toxin A) is a chemical that blocks muscle movement and reduces frown lines and wrinkles. Dr. Michelow's intimate knowledge of anatomy allows him to elevate the eyebrows and create an overall youthful appearance with his injection techniques.

Facial Fillers

Dr. Michelow finds facial fillers to be an effective technique for reducing deep lines and restoring volume to the lower part of the face. The face looses volume as it ages. Jowls, deep folds at the sides of the mouth and wrinkles develop on the face and lips.

Dr. Michelow uses the following products individually or in combination to give you the optimal results: Restylane®, Juvaderm®, Radiesse®, and Cosmoderm®.

Tattoo Removal

Ink from tattoos can be removed with a non-invasive laser procedure. Dark colors (black, blue and dark green) respond better that lighter colors. Multiple sessions may be required to adequately fade the tattoo. Dr. Michelow frequently combines laser tattoo removal with surgical excision of portions of the tattoo, to optimize your outcome.

Liposuction and Body Sculpturing / "Tummy Tuck"

The male torso differs from the female torso in that it is more muscular. The interdigitations between the muscles can create a "six pack" effect. Strategic contouring of the abdomen with the liposuction wand can often mimic this effect. If loose skin is present, tightening and fat sculpturing provide this effect.

Male Breast Reshaping

The male breast is flatter and more angular than the round, protruding breast of the female. Prominent "man breasts" occur as men gain weight. The breasts consist mostly of fatty tissue. Dr. Michelow can reduce the size of the male breast and recreate a more masculine silhouette. The surgery is performed as a same day surgery and the duration for recovery is a few weeks.
